Ordered 1988-**** CHEVY C10 /CK opt-1GT043-3****-B Range Rover Style Grille (Black Grille/Black Headlights). FITS THESE APPLICATIONS = 1994-**** Chevy Tahoe. $345.00 Ordered and got confirmation email showing order WG13-7190 from Wheelz N Grillez. Email was date 7/16/2013, and Order Status was "UPS Pending". This status never changed. After few weeks called, and they said, item was back ordered, but would get in shortly and would update status. Few more weeks, and call again. Told this time having issue getting items through customs, but expecting to clear up in few weeks and would ship and update status. Continues this way until finally after 5 months, when call they say items made it through customs but didn't have enough to fill back orders, and item is now discontinued. Offer a different color of the item, which they say are in stock. So agree to that, and say will ship it out right away, and update order status. Order Status has never changed once and still showed UPS Pending. Called few weeks later, and told they didn't really have the different color either, and would I like a totally different type of Grill. Told them NO, and please refund my $345.00. This is now 12/19/2013. They say will Cancel order and send refund, and due to problems will refund in 8-10 days. Wait patiently, and no refund. Call after I month, 1/23/2013 and told I have to wait 45 days for a refund, then they end up cussing out, calling me every name in book, and hanging up on me. Then call back and say they don't have my credit information, and ask to have it given to them again. Explain to them, don't trust them, and would like a check, and mention BBB. Got cussing out again, and hung up on again. Then CC me on email they sent inhouse to Patricia stating "customer threatening BBB, and you know the drill, saving email showing tried to work it out with customer". Funny thing is the email they show in their inhouse was never sent to my email, others were asking for my credit card info, but not the one they say shows trying to work it out. In their Inhouse DOCTORED UP email, says 'offer to settle through Paypal if I didn't want to give my credit card information' Paypal, really!! I sent email back to them stating I would like a check as had requested from them, and would expect it within next 2 weeks. I won't be holding my breath! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Sounds like their normal mode of SCAM. Also found out from other sites which offered this same item, it was discontinued months before I ordered in July 2013. This company will take your money for items that are discontinued and lie to you about it for 7 months. When you finally ask for refund, they will promise will have refund in 8-10 days. When you call back month later asking about refund, will tell you cannot have refund for 45 days, then cuss you out on the phone and hung up on you. Then they call back and ask for your credit card information again, saying it is not in their system, after just cussing you out, calling you every name in the book, and hanging up on you. When tell them you do not trust them, would like a check sent to you, and mention BBB, they cuss you out again and hang up on you again. Then CC you on an email sent to their inhouse person, stating customer threatening BBB, and you know the drill, stating saving copies of emails sent showing trying to work it out. But the email in the inhouse email stream never sent to me. It is email saying could receive money from Paypal if do not want to give CC information. Really, PayPal???? SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PAIN, AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Have found other reviews which sounds like this is standard operating procedure for this company.
Company does not know how to treat customers. Customer did not threaten bodily harm, just suggested someone should teach them how to treat customers, and had half a mind to drive to Arizona.
Also, this was only after being yelled at, cussed out, called every name in the book, hung up on, just because asked to talk to a manager.
The manager got on the phone, and instantly started yelling, cussing, etc. This same individual/company call back 3 more times to harrass, yell at, cuss out, and hang up again. This continued until stopped answering their calls.
Do not deal with this company or believe their lies.
Not the only one this has happened to at all.
They act like it is customer fault and this company never does this. Just check out the complaints/reviews on Google, and you will see the truth.
And now are trying the religion card, after all their cussing and calling every name in the book.
Customer is a BULLY..Called and Threatened to do Bodily Harm to customer service reps if they do not tell them what they want to hear. These are CUSTOM made parts. The parts are MADE by the Manufacturer NOT the Distributor.
