Contract breaking scam.

My elderly mother bought the contract last year for her Jeep Compass. Her transmission went out and was taken to the shop on the 20th of May. By 830 am that morning my dealership called and told me that they had contacted the Wheelz warranty company and they had 24 to 48 to send a contracted inspector out. That of course did not happen. The vehicle wasnt inspected for nearly 3 days which is a breach of contract and puts her without a vehicle for longer than it should have been. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst Company ever dealt with!

Ordered 1988-**** CHEVY C10 /CK opt-1GT043-3****-B Range Rover Style Grille (Black Grille/Black Headlights). FITS THESE APPLICATIONS = 1994-**** Chevy Tahoe. $345.00 Ordered and got confirmation email showing order WG13-7190 from Wheelz N Grillez. Email was date 7/16/2013, and Order Status was "UPS Pending". This status never changed. After few weeks called, and they said, item was back ordered, but would get in shortly and would update status. Few more weeks, and call again. Told this time having issue getting items through customs, but expecting to clear up in few weeks and would ship and update status. Continues this way until finally after 5 months, when call they say items made it through customs but didn't have enough to fill back orders, and item is now discontinued. Offer a different color of the item, which they say are in stock. So agree to that, and say will ship it out right away, and update order status. Order Status has never changed once and still showed UPS Pending. Called few weeks later, and told they didn't really have the different color either, and would I like a totally different type of Grill. Told them NO, and please refund my $345.00. This is now 12/19/2013. They say will Cancel order and send refund, and due to problems will refund in 8-10 days. Wait patiently, and no refund. Call after I month, 1/23/2013 and told I have to wait 45 days for a refund, then they end up cussing out, calling me every name in book, and hanging up on me. Then call back and say they don't have my credit information, and ask to have it given to them again. Explain to them, don't trust them, and would like a check, and mention BBB. Got cussing out again, and hung up on again. Then CC me on email they sent inhouse to Patricia stating "customer threatening BBB, and you know the drill, saving email showing tried to work it out with customer". Funny thing is the email they show in their inhouse was never sent to my email, others were asking for my credit card info, but not the one they say shows trying to work it out. In their Inhouse DOCTORED UP email, says 'offer to settle through Paypal if I didn't want to give my credit card information' Paypal, really!! I sent email back to them stating I would like a check as had requested from them, and would expect it within next 2 weeks. I won't be holding my breath! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Sounds like their normal mode of SCAM. Also found out from other sites which offered this same item, it was discontinued months before I ordered in July 2013. This company will take your money for items that are discontinued and lie to you about it for 7 months. When you finally ask for refund, they will promise will have refund in 8-10 days. When you call back month later asking about refund, will tell you cannot have refund for 45 days, then cuss you out on the phone and hung up on you. Then they call back and ask for your credit card information again, saying it is not in their system, after just cussing you out, calling you every name in the book, and hanging up on you. When tell them you do not trust them, would like a check sent to you, and mention BBB, they cuss you out again and hang up on you again. Then CC you on an email sent to their inhouse person, stating customer threatening BBB, and you know the drill, stating saving copies of emails sent showing trying to work it out. But the email in the inhouse email stream never sent to me. It is email saying could receive money from Paypal if do not want to give CC information. Really, PayPal???? SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PAIN, AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Have found other reviews which sounds like this is standard operating procedure for this company.

Company does not know how to treat customers. Customer did not threaten bodily harm, just suggested someone should teach them how to treat customers, and had half a mind to drive to Arizona.

Also, this was only after being yelled at, cussed out, called every name in the book, hung up on, just because asked to talk to a manager.

The manager got on the phone, and instantly started yelling, cussing, etc. This same individual/company call back 3 more times to harrass, yell at, cuss out, and hang up again. This continued until stopped answering their calls.

Do not deal with this company or believe their lies.

Not the only one this has happened to at all.

They act like it is customer fault and this company never does this. Just check out the complaints/reviews on Google, and you will see the truth.

And now are trying the religion card, after all their cussing and calling every name in the book.

Customer is a BULLY..Called and Threatened to do Bodily Harm to customer service reps if they do not tell them what they want to hear. These are CUSTOM made parts. The parts are MADE by the Manufacturer NOT the Distributor.

This person has anger managements !!!

I visit this page day 5/13 at night, and I found what I need, but first I must contact the seller to verify if this item is available and how trust worthy is this person, next day in the morning 5/14, I made so many calls but in all cases I should leave the message, the message from this company looked professional, I send the email also to Facebook!. Again I called in the afternoon too, I really want the item that they sell, I never received a call back in the entire day, well I found my item in other place, nice and smooth, this day at 12:20 5/15 I received a call from this company , first, this person does not have good manners , into a professional, and is a really difficult person to deal , he ask me what I want and I told him I tried to contact you at several times and I found this item in an other place and he started to yell at me, if I didn't leave the complete information of the item, and he didn't let me talk at all, yes I left the message with the item number two or tree times, also In my email too! He needs to learn better manners so he can get a successful business. I do not recommend it, Worst company!

Tim at wheelz and grillez has the worst customer service EVER!!!

He talks to people like they are *** and does not appreciate his customers at all. Retarded old man needs to shut the *** up. Hes one of those people who will argue with you about nonsense because this senile old man gets off track about everything and believes he can do no wrong. All I asked him for was a refund on my item since he sent me the wrong *** grill that I waited months for!! He then stated that I ORDERED the wrong item!! I have a Cadillac and ordered a grill for that car. He sent me a *** chevy grill!! And it took me forever to get my refund. Literally months of going back and forth. I wish I never dealt with this company.

I am having an issue with this company as well. I shipped an item back to them as it was the wrong part.

They gave me a shipping address and an RMA number over the phone.

I sent it back and later received a shipping label via email.

Now they are telling me they won't refund my money because I didn't use their shipping label.

Customer service said they confirmed with the warehouse that they received the RMA yet they still refuse to issue me a refund.

7 Months, still haven't received merchandise

I ordered from this company back in march, I was trying to get a new grill for my man's truck that I was fixing up while he was deployed. When I initially placed the order, there was no notification that the specific item was "out of stock". After my payment had been received and I checked my order status, it was then that I found out that the custom grille I ordered was in, but they were "waiting on the headlights from an overseas manufacturer." After much waiting, I get an almost guaranteed response claiming that the container has arrived finally and they guarantee me that my Item would be shipped by the end of the month. Not. Then I ask where is my merchandise, I am told that the grilles that were shipped were damaged in transit and could not be sent out. LIE...because originally I was told the grilles were in, they were just waiting on the headlights.Then I was told the next shipment was on its way, but they have been on backorder for a while, but to call back in a week and they would be sure to send mine out when it was received....months of this nonsense back and seven months still no merchandise, sorry, or even reparations for my inconvenience. The kicker is they try to tell me that no one has received this product since I place my order, but I know of two individuals personally that placed their order after me and have received theirs. DO NOT do business with them unless you have money to burn. I learned my lesson.

I called them to see if it was in stock, they told me yes the chrome ones were, them I paid and they called me right away saying it was backordered blah blah blah same run around. Beware when buying the range rover conversion grille they don't have any

Item on back order and VERY poor customer service

After waiting 10 days from when I placed an order with them I contacted them to check the order status, was then informed it was on back order and would take a minimum of 10 additional days before they even received the order. I asked why I was not informed of a back order for the item and the customer service rep became very irrational and defensive. I asked for a supervisor and he proceeded to start yelling, cursing, and eventually hung up on me. Also I was informed it would take up to 45 days to receive a refund, which is completely unacceptable! Overall I would say a -5 stars! Worst company I've ordered from in a VERY long time!

Tim at wheelz and grillz lied and was rude!

i recently purchased a new wheel from the company wheelz and grillz based out of pheonix, AZ. they gave me nothing but the run around, the shipping manager named tim was trying to be helpful at first but then after calling numerous times and was sent to voice mail, cause they never answer their calls or return messages i got to speak with a human! on the 15th day when they told me it would be here in 7 i called and he got on the phone with a raised voice told me i needed to have patience and that hes not the one who broke my wheel and i wasnt his only client. he spoke down to me because i was a woman dealing with car issues. even though i didnt spend thousands of dollars with them i was still a customer and deserve repect when i spending my money with them! if for any reason you have to do business with them i advise you to expect the process to be very slow takes about 5 weeks to get anything from them and what they offer online doesnt mean they actually have it but they dont tell you that before they get your money. i will never do business with them ever again and will advise all my clients, friends family and all my facebook friends never to use them for anything.
